Welcome to the Friends of Blackpool Illuminations
The Friends of Blackpool Illuminations is a fantastic way to become part of the greatest free show on earth. We already have a growing number of Friends from children, mums, dads, aunts, uncles and grandparents, all of whom are keen to find out more about the Lights, what’s planned for next year and how they can sneak a peak before we switch-on in 2008.
There’s also a special membership for businesses who already benefit and support the Illuminations. The business membership is a great opportunity to network at Friends events as well as receive priority marketing materials to promote the Illuminations in your venues.
As a Friend, the Illuminations team are keen for you to become more involved in producing this electrifying show and there will be opportunities for Friends to take part in projects either in fundraising or even hands-on, to keep this show shining brightly for many years to come.

Events
The Friends events programme is designed to add to the enjoyment of your membership and provide an opportunity to meet other members as well as to give additional support to the Illuminations. Each events season includes private views, priority invites to exhibitions, behind-the-scenes visits, talks and presentations by guest speakers, plus lots more.
